Attendance is one afternoon and evening per week (Tuesdays) - times to be arranged. Independent study, some e-learning, there is also a flexible online option.

This part-time course, in partnership with Edge Hill University, lasts 4 years.

  • The second route is for students who would like to be considered for progression to an Initial Teacher Training (ITT) programme for Primary School Teachers at level 6 to gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • The third route is for students who would like to be considered for progression to an ITT programme for Secondary School Teachers specialising in ICT to gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
What do I need to get onto the course?
