A strong commitment to Equality and Diversity is at the heart of Holy Cross College's mission and ethos. We welcome staff and students of all faiths and backgrounds into our community, which reflects the local population in its diversity. We have an active Equality and Diversity group, comprising students and staff with an interest in this area, who meet regularly throughout the year. We value and celebrate the diversity of our community.
We recognise that some members of our community may require additional help and encouragement in order to gain the most from the College experience and this is provided via a range of measures including our Excellence Programme, an outstanding Learning Support Department, access to our Student Hardship Fund, an exceptional pastoral system, and a staff team who are committed to providing a high quality experience to all our learners. Each member of our College community can expect to be valued as a unique individual.
Should any grievance arise, the College's complaints procedure is open to any person who feels unfairly treated or undervalued by the College.
