Everything you need to know about Offers

Your Offer will be live on your Student Portal, which you can access by logging in here. 

Once you log into your Student Portal, you’ll see your Offer and two buttons – Accept and Decline.

Please select your option and ensure you do this by Monday 2nd March 2026. 

We hope you will accept your Offer – remember, you can accept Offers from more than one College.  

When you log into your Student Portal and see your Offer, before you can press Accept, you have to tick the box which says ‘I confirm I have read the Terms and Conditions of Acceptance’.

You must accept the Offer on your Student Portal by Monday 2nd March 2026. 

If you miss this deadline, you’ll need to contact the Admissions Department – the contact details are at the bottom of this page.  

Absolutely! Keep your options open – it’s your choice where to enrol in August.   

If you receive a Conditional Offer to join Holy Cross, please remember this is partly conditional on us receiving a suitable reference from your school. 

As some references can be received after formal offers are made, this may impact on the original Offer. 

All students who have accepted their Conditional Offer will be invited to New Students' Day on Monday 22nd June 2026. 

We will send further information about this nearer the time – stay tuned on your Student Portal. 

All students with a Conditional Offer will be invited to Enrolment on the following dates: 

Thursday 20th and Friday 21st August 2026 

Please ensure you can attend on one of these dates to complete your Enrolment with us.   

We will send more details nearer the time, which includes what to do if you’re out of the country – stay tuned on your Student Portal. 

If you have received a Reserve Offer, we may be able to make further places available after Enrolment in August.

We encourage any student on our Reserve list, who is still interested in a place at Holy Cross, to contact us once they receive their GCSE results in August.

If you are still interested in a place at Holy Cross, you can contact the College on 0161 241 1680 on the following dates and times to ask if space has become available:

Thursday 20^th August 2026: 12.30pm – 3.30pm
Friday 21^st August 2026: 9.00am – 12.00 noon and 1.00pm – 3.00pm

This contact will confirm your interest and record your GCSE results.

Please note: The availability of any additional places will not be known until Tuesday 25^th  August 2026 at the earliest.
