Summer’s here! And while it’s a time for sunshine, freedom, and fun, we know it can also come with mixed feelings and challenges.
At Holy Cross, we care about your mental health all year round, not just during term time. Whether you’re chilling with friends, heading on holiday, working a summer job, or just taking it easy at home, it’s important to look after your wellbeing.
You’re not alone – support is still here for you over the summer. Whatever you’re going through, we’ve got your back.
Here’s what you need to know:
Togetherall is available 24/7, 365 days a year. If you find yourself in need of support or simply want to talk to someone, their dedicated team is there for you. If you haven’t already registered, you can register here using your college email.
You’ll find a list of local and national support services which can be accessed through text, email, telephone, or webchat at the bottom of this page.
In case of an emergency or if you need urgent help, please contact one of the following 24-hour services:
If you are feeling anxious, worried, or finding it difficult to cope – call the Samaritans National Helpline on 116 123
If you are concerned that you or others are at immediate risk of serious harm, please phone 999 or make your way to A&E
Take time for you this summer and make space for the things that boost your mood and help you feel your best.
See you in September!
