Exam stress workshops: Support when you need it most

With exams approaching, it’s completely normal to feel under pressure. 

To support our students during this busy time, Tracy Kelly from the Bury Young People’s Mental Health Support Team will be delivering a series of Exam Stress Workshops here at Holy Cross over both lunchtimes. 

These are designed to help you manage stress, build confidence, and develop practical coping strategies.

When and where?

  • Starting: Wednesday 6th May 
  • Running: Every Wednesday for 5 weeks (6th, 13th and 20th May | 3rd and 10th June) 
  • Time: 12pm and 1.30pm (both lunchtimes)  
  • Location: RE2 

Do I need to attend every week?

No – you only need to sign up for one workshop, as the same content will be repeated each week.  

However, you’re very welcome to attend multiple sessions if you’d like extra support or a refresher.
